I have always been a very active and physical kid. I grew up on a dead end road and hung out with a small circle of friends. Even back in the day we used to come up with training and obstacle courses we used to call “Ninja Training” we also had different obstacles for different ranks. After this stage of my life I began to get into several other sports including Football, Basketball, BMX Bike Riding and Aggressive Inline Skating. I excelled at Inline Skating and BMX Bike Riding so I decided to follow these paths. After a few years Salem, NH where I grew up began to put up several new developments and destroyed all of the dirt jumps and areas to ride and skate, so I was forced to give up these dreams and set my eyes and focus on a new path.

I was always a smaller kid growing up, I remember putting change in my pocket during football weigh-ins just to make weight! As soon as I got into high school I began to lift weights to start working on my physique and to put on weight. The summer between Freshman and Sophomore year I got my first gym membership at The Salem Athletic Club. I spent a good majority of the summer there and boy did it pay off! When I came to school that next year I had put on quite a bit of size and people really began to notice. This is when I fell in love with the weight room and the endless possibilities it offered!

I ended up getting a job at The Salem Athletic Club after my 3 Month membership was up that summer to keep my membership active. I started working Maintenance then worked up to Fitness Maintenance then Maintenance Manager and finally got my shot to work as a Fitness Trainer. During this time I also had finished high school and enrolled in college to pursue my Exercise Science Degree. As a Fitness Trainer my job was to show new customers machines and adjustments. I started in this position and through hard work and dedication to my clients, quickly became one of the top trainers at my gym. I worked at The Salem Athletic Club from 1998 to 2011 and at this point I had built up my clientele and following to where I had the opportunity to open my own fitness studio.

I opened The Fitness Factory in 2012 and the rest is history. The Fitness Factory is known as a place where you come if you want results. We offer Personal Training, Group Training, Nutrition Coaching and several other challenges to give our clients the total package when it comes to health and fitness. The Fitness Factory has grown to be more than just a gym it's a tribe and a community.

This year The Fitness Factory was Ranked #1 Gym in NH for the 3rd year in a row! I have worked with many people over the years and I have helped hundreds of people hit their goals whether it be weight loss, increased strength, sport specific training, training for endurance events, military etc... Each year the Fitness Factory grows and helps more people in our community better their health and fitness.

I believe that back in 1998 I walked into that gym for a reason and I was put here to help people see the amazing things that they can accomplish when they put 100% focus and commitment into a goal. I put this website together to help people put the pieces together when it comes to health and fitness as a whole. Please feel free to contact me if yo u would like to work with me or if you have any questions, good luck in your journey!
